This summer Eggwhites had the pleasure of catering Univision Network’s Lunch Rally for 800 guests in celebration of Women and Hispanic culture. The event took place in Univision’s enormous television studio in Doral, Florida. We were honored to have the opportunity to cater this exciting Univision event.

Eggwhites wowed Univision guests with a creative variety of interactive food stations. Guests had the opportunity to visit stations serving International Breads and Imported Cheeses, an array of Gourmet Sliders, and the Americas Fry Station including North American favorites such as French Fries and Onion Rings, as well as South American favorites like Empanadas and Croquettas. Among these stations the Interactive Cuban Tostone station seemed to be the biggest crowd pleaser. Univision guests had the option of topping Tostones with island Spiced Baby Shrimp, Chicken and Pork Carnitas and Spicy Picadillo!

It’s almost summer time! That means barbeques, trips to the beach and, our personal favorite, venturing out into South Florida’s pristine waters.
